My art project is to use a computer program to design a slide-show. The slide-show will be something I share with family and friends. Tools needed:

Without a doubt photography is an art. It is a medium that has been around for a long time. Over the years it has evolved to the point where most anyone can pick up this hobby or even make it a profession. There are many programs online that help with editing, special effects, or make it easy to design your own slide-show/display like I am doing.
I used my digital camera to take these pictures and then edited them with the HP Photosmart Premier. This was a download that came with my camera and allows me to download directly from my camera into their program. I was then able to edit my photos. Here, one can get rid of red eye, crop the photo, adjust the lighting, and resize the photo. Resizing is important because some programs online used to create slideshows require the pictures be no larger than a certain size. Once the pictures are edited and saved I can pick what program I want to use. Thanks to wordpress.com I will be able to use http://slide.com as my program for this project.
